How long does installation and commissioning take?
The duration of installation and commissioning generally depends on the size of the automatic dispensing machine you purchase. It usually takes a week.
Do you offer training for operators?
Yes, our engineers will provide training. Once commissioning is complete, a 2-day training course on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting will be conducted. The number of participants shall not exceed 10, and at least one member of the equipment department must attend. A training assessment will be conducted upon completion of the course.
How can I get spare parts quickly?
We can send the spare parts by courier. Delivery times vary depending on the region, but are generally around seven days.
